The smallest of the BARTENDER fleet, this scrappy little craft provides
rough water handling and safety not found in many bigger boats.
The 19-footer is
designed for outboard motor power and will give good service with
outboards ranging from 25 - 50 hp. A 40 hp outboard is recommended as
ideal for a variety of loads and uses. The motor well allows the outboard to
tilt for beaching.
The 19-footer is the
economy BARTENDER any safety-conscious mariner will appreciate.
Its size and simple plywood on frame construction method make it a great first boat to build. We've
recently updated these plans to include more construction details and simplified building
techniques. You have the option of ordering plans with full-size patterns
or plans for the traditional lofting method. Both plans sets include
detailed instructions and a full materials list.
