The frame kits are a great way to jumpstart your new BARTENDER project. You’ll enjoy watching your BARTENDER go together quickly with our well planned components. Our new instructional video makes the building process even easier.
 
The system we’ve developed speeds up the boat construction drastically by eliminating lofting, frame construction, jig building, and the selection and purchase of many materials. Our frame kits are cut from18 mm (3/4”) BS 1088 marine plywood on CNC (computer numerical control) machinery for accurate dimensions.

Each frame has a temporary brace with slots that fit into corresponding slots in the jig rails provided. Just set the jig rails up on sawhorses you build and slip all the frames into the pre-numbered slots. The frames will be perfectly spaced and ready to start installing the longitudinal members. You’ll have all the frames set-up perfectly within hours of the arrival of your kit.

     

The kits include much more than just the frame and jig. All deck beams are already on the frames. Also included are the stem, sternpost, patterns for the laminated chines and sheer clamps, fore and aft breasthooks, a complete set of plans and instructions, and instructional video. The 22’ kit includes the complete cabin bulkhead – some framing for the cabin interior has been integrated into the forward frames to save you even more time. A complete materials list for the project is included as well.

The instructional video is over 3 hours long. It demonstrates every step of the 19' BARTENDER frame kit construction through the completion of the hull, decks, and motor well. While not specific to the 22' BARTENDER, the video will be very advantageous for the 22' builder also as the procedure and construction sequence is the same. The video comes free with every 19' and 22' BARTENDER frame kit. It can also be purchased separately to serve as a project study. $40
